Scott Pratt was born in South Haven, Michigan, in 1956, and grew up in Jonesborough, Tennessee. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from East Tennessee State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee. He lives in Johnson City, Tennessee, with his wife.

I haven’t blogged in a while because I haven’t had a whole lot to say, at least that’s what I tell myself. It isn’t really true, though, because I talk to myself all the time. So today, instead of talking to myself, I’ll talk to you for a little while.
