The People's Court
So I'm watching the show today and just sitting here shaking my head with disbelief. How can you sue a friend you've had for forty years, over a book and $50???? I don't get it. I understand when you borrow something that you should return it. I get it. But ruining a forty year friendship over something so petty? Now the two guys are going back and forth over the favors they've done for one another over the years. Silly, silly people! Even though the defendant says he still wants to keep their friendship you know it's never going to be the same.

Thank you, thank you! It looks like the title of my next book, due out sometime in April, will be Surrender to Desire! Thanks to all of you who took the time to vote. I'll be posting a new name this book poll for the the third and final book of the Evans brothers. A Perfect Fit came out last month.
A little background on the Evans brothers. Beau, Blade and Chaz are identical triplets who divide their time between running the family ranch, and running Evans Security. Big, rugged Texans, they know what they want, and they usually get it. They like their women curvy. Surrender to Desire will be Blade and Callie's story. I started on Chaz and Val's story yesterday.

Face Book Changes
Friends,
As most of you know I have 2 face book pages, Debbie Wallace and Tory Richards. I've decided I want to keep my personal page (DW) separate from my business page (TR). That means I will be deleting anyone on my DW page who isn't family.
So please, if you friended me on my DW page go to my TR page and friend me again because tomorrow I will be deleting anyone not family on my DW page.

Look what I woke up to this morning!
5-FLAMES - burning hot
4-STARS - recommended read for Up in Flames by the Talent Cave Reviews !
Just a little of what Maven had to say...
My recommendation: Make it a night of guilty pleasure. Start with a hot bubble bath, then move on to some melt in your mouth milk chocolate, perhaps a great glass of Merlot, and a white hot short story by Tory Richards that will be sure to deliver the promise of going up in flames.

Ever wake up in the morning and feel ten years older than you really are? That was me this morning. And I still don't feel right. I think I got too much sleep, if such a thing is possible. Didn't crawl out of bed until almost ten o'clock! The rest of the week I'll be up before seven.
I met a friend for lunch today. We get together once or twice a month. I always feel better after meeting with an old friend. I have many acquaintances but only a handful of long time friends that I've kept in contact over the years. And I'm talking as much as thirty-five, forty years!
Laura and I always meet halfway between where we live. It's fish camp and today it was nice enough to sit out on the open porch on the water. They have the best hamburgers, and scallops but you can only get those for dinner.
Getting a tattoo is on my bucket list but it won't be anywhere near as big as a butterfly, or anywhere close to an area that will become misshapen with age. I'm thinking of something like a flower or ladybug on my ankle.
Have a great Monday!

If you message me that my book has been requested by one ...
If you message me that my book has been requested by one of your reviewers, and I never hear back from you, what do you think that makes you? Last month Up in Flames, 33 words that takes like a half hour to read, and A Perfect Fit were both requested. According to this one review site. But I never heard back from them. Hummm...interesting.
I've had this sort of thing happen in the past, but never two books with the same site, at the same time. I would think if your book is being requested then the reviewer is ready to read it as soon as they get their hands on it. Wouldn't you?
