Debra Rose answered Goodreads's question: How do you deal with writer’s block? Start working on a different part of the story, or work on a different story all together. Sometimes I need a fresh perspective and taking a step away like that helps. When I come back, I may see that some parts need changed or erased completely, but See Full Answer
