In 2020, Lisa wrote her debut novel, Katie, A New Chapter. A self-help work of fiction based on her life experiences. She touches on mental health, abuse and trauma in her story. She is proud to say it has helped save a life.


Lisa loves writing both for enjoyment and to facilitate the healing process in herself and others. Writing groups, workshops and well being courses are all available to support your own journey.
