I live in Arizona with my husband Gordon and Maggie, a Ragdoll cat. I find inspiration for my novels in day-to-day life, in the simple experiences that bring joy, or the frustrations that make us cranky.

I am an avid reader who believes the joy of a book lies in the characters. I love characters that are strong-willed, outrageous, or a bit baffled by it all. I prefer to write with a cat on my desk. And maybe some chocolate.
