Jonathan Furneaux (pronounced: “fur-no”) is a science fiction and fantasy author from Brisbane, Australia. In the second grade, his teacher let him write novels in the back of his mathematics exercise book, instead of learning his times tables. As a result, he developed a joy of writing and literature, as well as an awkward pause before having to do any kind of counting.

Jonathan was awarded a High Commendation by the Fellowship of Australian Writers (QLD) for his first published short story: The Second Father. His writing usually explores the themes of power, love, technology, and spirituality.

Finished the first draft! Moving onto structural edits, which may take some time as school assessment dates loom. (Also have some big life changes happening, so that's delaying things a little). Jonathan Furneaux is 90% done with Lessons from the Void: Finished the first draft! Moving onto structural edits, which may take some time as school assessment dates loom. Once structural edits are complete, I'll do one final pass for grammar, and then release the eBook.

Starting to think my original launch date was a bit of a lofty goal. I'm going to delay the book until the 20th of April, to make sure it's as perfect as possible.
