Ampersand’s design is what I envision the mid-point between Geiger’s Xenomorph and Eve from Wall-E to be, unnerving and terrifying and beautiful to look at. I wanted amygdalines to look extremely nonhuman, but not alien to the point of goofy, or alien in a way that doesn’t make evolutionary sense.
