Having lived across three continents, I am a Bulgarian-Canadian author, writer, poet and humanitarian. In June 2019, I published my debut love poetry book "Moonhold" and created "Art of Love" which is an online publication dedicated to deepening our connections so that we lead more spiritual and emotionally fulfilling lives. I teach and write on relationships, intimacy, wellness, mysticism and folklore.

After completing my graduate degree in finance, I devoted my time towards international affairs and humanitarian work in marginalized areas worldwide where I built programs for educational development, women's empowerment, skill-building and holistic training to alleviate poverty. I am further certified in human-centered design, as it is my

Vulnerability is courage – and this is what would make you a great writer – creative expression demands depth, perception and honesty. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and stay flexible with how you change as well! The way I started even from a design perspective changed and ended up being something different from what I had initially envisioned. Creativity is not bound to structures, so it changes and we need to allow it to. Experiment and remain curious and playful! Embrace the clouds on paper when things get foggy because that too is purposeful and there is something to be found in that too. There is profound beauty in the everyday, in the simplicity, the ordinary, the imperfect and the incomplete. You don’t need an extraordinary thing to happen to write about it. There are no poor experiences. Don’t blame these seemingly empty moments and don’t discourage yourself because they too are needed. Often, our job as writers is to find hidden beauties in the poor moments. Like magicians - we turn the mundane into gold to offer new perspectives. Remain true to yourself because there can be a lot of pressure to become something else. Don't be discouraged by rejections or likes or followings - remind yourself of the reason why you are writing. Dependency kills creativity. Know and be clear about your intentions. Know and be grateful for your limitations. Solitude is needed – it will unhide your voice. Be patient with the process. The most intuitive people are the most patient – because they understand there is a natural cycle unfolding behind the scenes, like the cycles of the land. And remember – our voice is powerful! It carries vibration. Everyday we make a decision whether to use it for harm or for love. Everyday we are making a change with the words we choose to use. And this carries responsibility. May we use our voice for encouragement, inspiration and spreading tender hopes along the way. And last but not least - make sure you get enough sleep as sleeping is a creative aphrodisiac! Daydream, get bored, get confused, spend time in solitude to reflect, feel, procrastinate, and even learn the art of doing nothing – there is a creative purpose for all of it – allow yourself to happen and push yourself out of the limits of your mind’s perceptions. Soulmates, No-Shows, Puzzles + The Purpose of Relationships

And maybe I loved you in another life

where we slipped like pomegranate dust through fingers

and blue sapphires fell from our eyes

to hold in palms and make an ocean

so that we come back to each other like waves

at fold of time and life again

maybe or maybe not

I don’t know

but I do know that

I felt you

I feel you

more than one life should allow

and when crimson shows beneath the snow

know the...
