Later, I became a spy after reading some Tom Clancy - and infiltrated the kitchen and the living room and learned all the secrets available from living in a small trailer.
I finally found my true calling when I became a White Wizard and saved Middle Earth. Gandalf took me on as his apprentice and we had many adventures together. I rubbed elbows with Harry Dresden and the Iron Druid, but I always wanted to make my own world.

There was a LOT more that went into publishing the first book than I thought. (website, mailing list, the books front matter, back matter, KDP format and publish, advertising, etc). Fortunately, most of that is done and I'm now onto the next book.
The changes to the world and the characters has been thought up and outlined. I just finished scene 4 yesterday (titled Colonel Mustard in the Park) and I'm now working on scene 5 (titled All By Myself)
I don't have a good enough handle on timelines yet to tell you when it will be out, but I can tell you it's coming along!(less)

Jason has just learned about Morphous Points and how to use them to get Toilet Paper. Come to find out, everyone uses 'Freshness' charms - so there was no TP to be found in the Atayk Realm. :)
I don't know when the next book will be out as I'm terrible at estimating how long a scene will take. Some scenes I think will be long, but when I write it, it's only a few pages. Others go the opposite and take much longer than expected.
I'm working on it, though. Promise!(less)

"It was ok

Training montages along with failure after failure. Am finally getting tired of seeing the book 1 villain still alive and well here in 7. Find a new villain bud, this one is getting boring."

"I remember Sanderson once advocating for narrow-but-deep magic systems. Spend your time exploring the great and subtle impacts on society of the few drops of color that you've added to the real. If his process is one end of the creative spectrum, the" Read more of this review »

“Sprinting while naked is not an easy thing. I’ve seen streakers before, and while I’ve admired their desire for mischief, I’ve never thought of it as a painful undertaking. I was running for my life down the hall, and despite the motivation to maintain top speed, Captain Winky and his two first mates were voicing a loud, painful protest of their mistreatment”
