Sara A. Noë is a writer, artist, and award-winning photographer from La Porte, Indiana. Her writings have appeared in Anthology of Poetry by Young Americans, Celebrate! Young Poets Speak Out, Northwest Indiana Literary Journal, and Voices Literary Journal, which published her photograph “Aftermath” on the cover.

She lives in a little cottage with her cat, Calypso. Her first published novel A Fallen Hero (Book I in the Chronicles of Avilésor: War of the Realms series), debuted on August 07, 2018. The sequel Phantom's Mask is scheduled to be released in 2020.

She was very two dimensional in the first draft, and I struggled to identify her motives and then use them to justify her decisions. I disagree with much of what she thinks, which makes it hard to step into her shoes. I still don't feel entirely comfortable in her head, but I understand her better now, and I plan to bring some of her dark past to the surface in Book II.(less)
