Smriti is a writer who has an undergraduate degree in Bio-Medical Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute and a Master’s from New York University. After shifting her focus from engineering to psychology, Smriti eventually began working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and wished to continue her work with them in India. Smriti now aspires to write about mental disorders in a fictional setting to raise understanding and awareness about taboo topics, while continuing to work with children with developmental disorders.. She currently lives in Bhopal, M.P. and is the owner of Lumos Clinic for Sleep and Psychological Well-Being, where she hopes to make people’s lives better with her husband
