in crisis, Debbie finds happiness being in the moment. Time spent with Cooper
and her husband inspire her to share comfort with others.

Debbie is a licensed social worker and certified leadership coach. She specializes
in child welfare and child safeguarding with over 25 years experience in
leadership and direct practice. Her years in leadership offered opportunities to
shape program operations to increase effectiveness in practice. Currently, she
shares her experience to inspire other dedicated leaders in social service to
pursue and engage in the things that bring them joy as too often the commitment
to serve can lead to self-neglect.
