“I loved them, all of them, and their greatness resided not in the illustrious or notorious, but in this, our shared existence, and though I was no one, a nobody myself, I wanted to tell him that I forgave him too, that I forgive him for making this world what it was and not as it should be.”
Andrés Cruciani, The Father

“Being a man is the weeding and the watering and the fertilizing. Doing it not just once but ten thousand times. Not just when the mood strikes but precisely when it doesn't. When there's nothing you'd rather less than change another diaper, warm another bottle. Nothing you'd rather than sleep cause you ain't since the baby arrived shrieking like a banshee—”

Andrés Cruciani Yes!! I really liked Steven Levitt's Freakonomics. Also, if you like nonfiction. I enjoyed Obama's Dreams from my Father; if you're in need of inspiration—and for a new perspective—Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States. Otherwise, highly recommend Cormac McCarthy. Basically all of his work. …. Thanks!
