Born and raised in the Midwest, Jenny Lynn Lambert completed high school in San Jose, California and earned a degree in English from the University of California at Davis. Experiencing extended periods of California drought combined with frequent lapses in memory inspired her to write The Memory Visit. I began to think about how that technology could apply to humans, and one thought led to another. Having a horrible memory, myself, I'm fascinated by how our brains archive and gain access to memories.
