I find when I get "stuck" the best thing to do is to write something else. It is more or less a lack of inspiration. I find joy in writing over on other platforms until I can get my muse to talk to me again, lol! Once she does (she, of course!) I'll get ideas while I'm brushing my teeth or late at night. I keep my notebook or phone handy so that I can jot down my thoughts quickly. Other things that help me include going for a walk or a drive, observing nature or even watching a sunset.(less)

My favorite thing is to create an actual world where anything is possible. I get to make a story believable, create a hero or a villain or round out my story so well that you see a part of yourself in it. (less)

It seems that every time we think there is an inkling of warmer weather on the way, we find that that little gr...

“There are those that will try to keep you from dreaming, disparage you, try to make you
conform to their idea of what you should be, but this world was always shaped by those who were
deemed a little different from the rest.”
Elaine Hamilton, And Then God Smiled: A Collection Of Short Stories On Life, Living, And Lessons Learned

“Never be afraid of love, because when it's real, it transforms, it makes you a better version of
yourself, it reaches into all of those dark places and sheds light where the shadows used to fall.”
Elaine Hamilton, And Then God Smiled: A Collection Of Short Stories On Life, Living, And Lessons Learned

“(On Love) "It
stands beside you when everyone else has long since gone home. You see, the real thing doesn't take, it
gives, it helps build, it's peace instead of chaos, it's understanding when there are no words to speak.
It's an enigma that people chase often without ever realizing that it is right in front of them all along.”

“Whenever we are faced with adversity or circumstances that cause us to bow, it is
in those times that we are being taught, our hearts are forced open to feel to
receive, to grow, to stretch not only our minds but to see the possibilities, and
change our perspective."- E”
