She writes YA Christian crime fiction set in rural areas because first, she loves nature and small town life, and second, she can pitch her characters into danger head first without all that pesky technology keeping them safe..

A former children’s librarian in public libraries, she is a member of ACFW and is a 2016 Genesis semi-finalist in the YA category. She loves to introduce tweens and teens to the adventure of writing through her writing workshops. A lifelong Buckeye, she has deep roots in the Mountains State.
