The Jethro Parables – eBook and Audiobook
Justin Fillmore’s debut novel is a gritty, dystopian story set in a world that could have been. For fans of Ray Bradbury, Oil! and There Will Be Blood, The Jethro Parables is set for an audiobook release later this year.
With a full cast of interesting characters, we’re quite excited to see what the final product will sound like. As a slight departure from our usual high fantasy epics, many of the themes and motifs will incorporate the styles of the Mid-West (as far as score and character accents are concerned).

Narrated and performed by Scott Miller and a TBA guest artist, The Black Hussars is just over two hours long, complete with accompanying score. The audiobook will be available FOR FREE to everyone signed up to the Sentinel Creatives mailing list, as well as on Audible and a number of other retail sites.
Expect the completed product to be released around the middle of next month!

The Zealot: Book 2 of the Plagueborne Trilogy – Announcement

Following hot on the heels of The Ritual, “The Zealot” will be available mid-December. Weighing in at just over 30 000 words, The Zealot is far more expansive than the debut and features a host of new characters, sub-plots and, of course, intrigue!
The higher wordcount has allowed me to delve further into the world of Greater Virren and its characters. . . but more on that later.
The Zealot will be published by Sentinel Creatives and available via Amazon. The accompanying audiobook is set to be recorded later this year. It will be available on Audible, Audioshelf and a host of other platforms mid-January.

The Ritual – Audiobook

The audiobook for “The Ritual” will be available shortly. Narrated and performed by the talented Scott Miller, and produced by Citadel Studios, the audiobook clocks in at a respectable 1hr 28m.
Citadel Studios has taken a rather novel approach to the audiobook. You’ll find the production to be a blend of some of the best elements of traditional audiobooks, with techniques more commonly associated with an “audio drama”. The audiobook for “The Ritual” is accompanied by an original score, as well as a host of sound effects. While these aid in immersing the listener in the world of Greater Virren, they don’t get in the way of the story itself!
