I began my own spiritual journey back in 2002. I then spent 15 years reading, learning and attending a variety of spiritual workshops I My friend passed away and then my marriage broke down. I went through my own dark night of the soul. Six months of utilising the tools I had learnt in theory and putting them into practise. I decided I wanted to write a book about my spiritual toolbox. I spent 6 months writing that I wanted to write a book, then started telling people I was going to write a book then finally began it in April 2018.

A Gentle Hug for the Soul is my first book and my second is nearly complete! I have loved writing since I was a young girl where I would often make up names for characters and animals in books. I love reading mot ...more
