Urban Fantasy Covers – Is There a Trend?
Doug over at SciFiGuy built this hilarious, but ironically accurate video about Urban Fantasy covers.
I'll let it speak for itself.
What do you think? Have you been noticing a sameness about UF covers lately?
I know I can absolutely pick an UF novel from 100 paces these days. Some of them are gorgeous, but they're branded, all the same.

Love Romances Cafe are having an Ellora's Cave Author Day, and You Get to Win

b) she'd never completed a manuscript, of either erotic or non-erotic nature. She had never picked up a pen or keyboard to tell at story at all.

I've been hearing a lot about reviews from Whipped Cream Erotic Romance Reviews, recently, and finally managed to score one for myself. This one came in while I was in Ohio, for Teal Ceagh's Eva's Last Dance, which is nice, as I've only had two or three for Eva.

Our Grand RT Tour – Part I
I promised a post with lots of pictures from RT, but we ran into…technical difficulties. The camera decided it didn't like being charged on the car charger and wouldn't hold a charge, so by the time we got to Columbus, we couldn't take pictures at the hotel. It wasn't until we left that we had sorted out the problem (with a new battery), and so my pictorial odyssey didn't pan out at all.

Release Date for Beauty's Beasts – Less Than A Month!
Hard on the heels of the book's cover, Beauty's Beasts got a release date: Friday, June 11. That's less than a month away!
