Discussing the Awful Ending of Dexter

In 2020 I watched the TV series Dexter with my partner, who had seen it years before. We finished it earlier this year. I understand that Dexter came out years ago, and writing about it years after it ended sounds a little pointless. Or does it? Season 9 is coming soon, hopefully to redeem the disaster that was season 8. Here’s my take on the ending of Dexter and why it’s the worst TV show ending

This one was definitely my least favourite hence why it took me so long to finish. I loved the beginning and the ending, but ended up skimming through most of the middle. Could easily have been much shorter. I just wasn't that interested in all the b ...more

A cute fun read but not brilliant. Kate was very immature, she seemed more 18 than 22. I liked Lochalann. Had some very funny bits esp earlier on. Ending was sweet.

“Writing isn't about making money, getting famous, getting dates, getting laid, or making friends. In the end, it's about enriching the lives of those who will read your work, and enriching your own life, as well. It's about getting up, getting well, and getting over. Getting happy, okay? Getting happy.”
