Just published yesterday on Smashwords my latest collection of short stories. I have to admit, it took much longer than expected, but, well, it's a labour of love, you can't rush it.

Alex Ross answered a question about Termination Shock: In my experience, his books are either very good (Diamond Age, Snow Crash, Reamde, Anathem), or not at all (Seveneves, Dogde, DODO).... In which category falls this? The second one.
