Deni is a writer, game producer and supermom with far too many interests and not enough time.
Creativity smacks her in many mediums, whether it be writing, painting, painstakingly piecing together the perfect convention costume or gaming.
She is no stranger to the epic waiting room, cosplay or the insanity that is SDCC and is always on the hunt for the next venue that strives to celebrate enthusiasts and authors like herself.
When not cranking away at her ideas, she can be found absorbing the written works of others through a multitude of platforms, with an appetite as voracious as a black hole.
She's a Kentucky born California Girl, currently braving the bug population (think Arachnids/Starship Troopers/Only good bug is a dead bug) in Austin,

'If only' I could perfect the art of smashing writer's block... and I'm not certain anyone has a +10 in this category. I've lost track of the times I've been hammer-bashed with writer's block on The Angries. I think that what helped me, was due to the nature of the story, with multiple origin points and power sets, I could shift focus to defining those elements while waiting for the story-voice to reconnect with my muse.
Sometimes it worked-- other times, not so much.
I'm a multi-medium creative-type, which means if one flow becomes bottlenecked or blocked, I'll switch formats and work through my hangups. Often painting or building things, working with my hands, reading a book or 2 to clear my head. Weightlifting is a damn fine choice, I've had tons of success with forcing a sweat and suddenly finding a few thousand magical words.
When all else fails, take a few days and just let life strike you a few times.(less)

Dead Air, on a Chilly Monday Morning

Get excited, people- The first Angries Origin Story; Dead Air: The Silent Speaker Formerly Known As PollyAnna Jewell Knudson, is droppin' in March. What can I say in prep? Well... Polly's been a 'fun as fuck' character to explore and flesh out- and I do get a kick out of developing these characters. What goes into them, the study, the journey, and birth of the quirks, the meaty-bits that build... Read more of this blog post »

Subjective, of course, as I can only offer my interpretation:

What a read. I picked it up, not quite knowing what to expect, and then I couldn't put it down.
This story, it's awful. It's horrific. At times I felt my stomach turn, and I felt nauseous as
