S. D. McKinley lives in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. He was born in 1984 and grew up in Wisconsin as a young boy, moving to Georgia when he turned twelve years old. After becoming an adult, he pursued a successful career in information technology and had a successful blog called Hackosis.com (currently offline, but probably viewable in the Wayback machine) . S. D. McKinley began writing books in 2017.
