L.A. Di Paolo is a Canadian-Italian-American who lives in Pottstown, PA. By day–being a biologist–he directs drug development projects. By night, he rides and writes. But his horse is not the source of his inspiration. Rather, the agitation in his mind is. Which led him eventually to publish the first book of his first novel, though writing is not novel to him.

I loved A Gentleman in Moscow, and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys or is looking for a story who will carry them, as a breeze carries the leaf, to explore what a life full of loss and gentleness and resignation and wonder and hope may bring.
