I consider myself to have more flexibility in my schedule than most adults, so that's a plus.

It's actually kind of helped my time management-- I know that I need to do my homework and projects quickly and carefully so I have time to write every day. Thankfully, I'm also a night owl, so I don't mind staying up pretty late! It definitely gets harder at the end of the semester with finals and everything, but you just have to make it work!(less)

“Ugly words don't always mean ugly feelings.”
Elizabeth Tammi, Outrun the Wind

“It only takes about fifteen minutes for me to get totally lost. We’re somewhere in the outskirts of the property, but I’ve pushed us past the tree line too far to remember which way we came from. But I’m not going to admit it to her. I wrack my brain for any of Lady Artemis’s navigation skills. Unfortunately, almost all of them rely on the nighttime constellations, and I am not spending six hours out here with Atalanta.”
Elizabeth Tammi, Outrun the Wind

“Glancing between the four of us, I realize just how many types of love we share. And how much it hurts to lose them all.”
Elizabeth Tammi, Outrun the Wind

Amy Poehler, Yes Please

“You might as well answer the door, my child,
the truth is furiously knocking.”
Lucille Clifton, Good Woman: Poems and a Memoir 1969-1980
