I guess I don't get writer's block, I get something more like "writer's distraction."

I will sit down in front of my computer but become easily distracted by something else. If I can't laser focus on the task at hand I'm not going to do a decent job. So, when this happens, I go with it. I play with the dog, fire up the tv, cook something.

Eventually my focus will come back and I'll get the job done.(less)
