Not usually my kind of book but this book charmed me from the start. The characters are charming and engaging and the plot is not predictable at all. Excellent read.

Armada by Ernest Cline
"NOPE.

Believe me when I say I was ready to love this book. Ready Player One was so great! And this was about video games and alien invasions! I jumped in to Armada ready to be caught by an awesome net..

.. and instead fell flat on my face. On concrete." Read more of this review »

Brilliant conclusion to the epic trilogy. Was worried it was going to become predictable but it did a complete 180 on my expectations. Fine addition to the growing scifi scene in N.Ireland.

Bill Hicks
“The world is like a ride in an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly coloured and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time and they begin to question: "Is this real, or is this just a ride?" And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, "Hey, don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride." And we kill those people.”
Bill Hicks
