Sean Guynes is a critic and historian of speculative fiction, American culture, and radical politics who lives in Ann Arbor, MI. By day he works in academic publishing and by night he is a PhD candidate in English at Michigan State University. He co-edits the Encapsulations: Critical Comics Studies book series for University of Nebraska Press, is co-editor of several books, and the editor of SFRA Review.
