J.G. Fletcher is an American author of fiction. He is a resident of Clarksville, TN and alumnus of Austin Peay State University. He graduated with honors from APSU, with a BS in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security and a MS in Management.

J.G. Fletcher has also been serving proudly in the Armed Forces since 2001. He is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

His debut novel, American Z, was officially published 17 September 2017. eBook and paperback editions are both available through amazon.

I actually prefer to write with pen and paper first, and then type. I feel more creative and free when using ink and paper, versus the computer. I don't experience writer's block as much this way. I still do free typing on my work on the computer, just not as much as handwriting. For instance, my entire manuscript for American Z is in a notebook.(less)
