I was born on a farm near Breton, Alberta on a cold Autumn day in 1949. I grew up there, living and working on the family farm and later a farm that I owned with my husband. Tucked in the pages of these books are characters whose lives and experiences are timeless.

“Restless Secrets" is a collection of three Novella’s that draws on the resilience of three very different women all of whom have had their life changed by a secret. A secret kept by a loved one to protect, a secret kept to protect a loved one and a secret kept to hide the past.

"The Spirit of the Autumn Wind" is set in post-world war II Morocco, Ireland, and the Mediterranean and is a high-seas adventure brimming with mystery and romance. An accidental murder in a dark alley forces respected sea captain Regan Quinn and his lifelong friend, Niko, to fear for their lives. To prove their innocence and start a new life they flee on separate ships. Unknowingly being pursued by a drug lord and a savvy detective, their journey becomes one of self-discovery and danger as a cast of colorful characters join their voyages and a tangled web of intrigue and romance unfolds.
