Andrada Cooș s‑a născut în Reghin, județul Mureș și este absolventă a Departamentului de Jurnalism al Universității „Babeș‑Bolyai” din Cluj‑Napoca. A urmat cursurile de creație literară ale Universității Brunel din Londra sub îndrumarea lui Fay Wheldon, după care a câștigat o bursă de cercetare la o renumită universitate din Kyoto. Cititoare avidă, Andrada a trăit în șase țări, are două tatuaje și o pasiune pentru toate lucrurile frumoase și geeky.
