M Dressler's work has been praised by the New York Times as "splendid" and by Library Journal as the writing of a "natural-born storyteller." Her stories and essays have appeared in the Kenyon Review, Literary Hub, the Washington Post, and many other journals and magazines. She always knew she would one day write a book about a ghost. The director, Livia De Paolis, is writing the treatment as we speak, and will write the screenplay (I have no experience writing for film, so will concentrate on the next book), with most of this work coming after she completes everything related to her current project/film, THE LOST GIRLS (which will be released this summer).
