Jamie has always loved a good story, whether real or imagined. He grew up in the south of England before moving to the north, where he worked as a history teacher. He still lives there with his wonderful family, but now spends his time writing, mainly about people hitting each other with swords.

Cover Reveal: Og-Grim-Dog and The War of The Dead

Take a gander at the new cover for book 3 in the Me Three series, Og-Grim-Dog and The War of The Dead.

This episode in Og-Grim-Dog’s story combines fantasy with horror as the undead arrive in Gal’azu. I think Andrey’s artwork nicely depicts the struggle as Og-Grim-Dog, Assata and Borte fight off the creatures! The back cover reveals that Raya and Sandon are also in the fight!

No surprises then that

"Edmundson has written another entertaining book. This one isn’t as fun as the other two, it is more serious. This book feels like a fantasy “The Walking Dead”, in fact there is even a scene that reminded me of a gruesome Neegan scene from the show. B" Read more of this review »

It's a collection of short to medium length stories, nominally about Drizzt, but actually about a whole range of Salvatore's cha

I felt this story did enough to rise above the fantasy tropes and score a 5 ***** from me.

I loved the concept behind the setting. The Byzantine Empire discovers the New World and finds...that it's inhabited by fantasy creatures. I guess I'm a sucker

This was a really fun fantasy novel. I would recommend it to fans of D&D who are after a standalone story with lots of humour and action.

I thought the characters were really well done and probably the highlight of the book. Cousins Caladin and Quinn,

Well chosen keywords? I haven't a clue. It's lost in the US, so maybe word of mouth in the UK. Last I checked it was sat at 102 in Fantasy, but that fluctuates. Having it in Unlimited certainly helps with being a newbie, and its priced low so people are more willing to take a chance. Thanks for the offer, Jamie. I may take you up on it. Good luck with yours and the marketing.

Your cover is fantastic. Sits in the genre but still stands out. Excellent work. Really pleased for you, Jamie. By the time it's released I'll be at the Beta stage - maybe further - with my second. Plenty of time free to read it.
I didn't think about any of that stuff with mine, but its doing ok without it. I have no doubt yours will be the success it deserves to be. I enjoyed what I've read so far.
