I'm just about to start the final book in Peter F Hamilton's Void Trilogy - The Temporal Void. Hamilton is one of my favourite authors. His clever plots and awesome descriptions just seem to resonant with me. I recently finished his standalone book, Fallen Dragon. I would thoroughly recommend it. Its full of amazing characters, intertwined plots and many surprises. I was hooked from beginning to end.

With a long commute to work, I'm listening to more audio books. I have just started Mark Dawson's, The Cleaner. There are a whole series of is books about John Milton and I intend to devour as many of them as I can. The Cleaner is the first book by Mark Dawson that I have tried , and so far I am impressed. I'm not far into the work but there is already a n intensity building that I'm hoping will explode soon.(less)

There is no real mystery in my life. I'm pretty much an open book.

What I can't fathom out is why chocolate seems to have such a hold over me. I managed to stop smoking years ago and found the process easy . I have never even been tempted to have another cigarette. The lure of the sweet, brown stuff is too much for me to resist though.

I know many novels have already been written about this subject, but if I were to write something in this area, chocolate would be evil and would have supernatural powers. It wouldn't be a mystery, more of a horror.(less)

Hi,

How are you all?

It’s been a long time since I posted anything here, so I thought I would share an update with you. I have been working on some new books. This time they are taking a different direction. They are still for children, but are breaking away from the wealth lessons theme.

I have three works that are all currently being illustrated. I am super excited to share a preview of one of t...

Worth a read

My first thought about this book is that the author has the ability to weave words into an exquisite tapestry. Her scenes, descriptions and dialogue are wonderful to read. It was easy to get lost in this work.
