I was driving home down the country lanes where I lived at the time and had to pull in for a truck. It was a tight squeeze, so the car was squashed into the hedge. Fearing the worst for my paintwork, I glanced over into the hedge and for a moment imagined what it would be like to see an old woman's face staring back at me.
