T.K. Perry lives with her husband and daughter in a lovely Oregon forest filled with wildlife (there is probably a house, too, but that's less picturesque). When she isn't writing or watching said wildlife, she enjoys making jewelry, pretending to be a photographer, and trying to save the world (a frustrating task since she lacks both superpowers and a costume).

T.K. has a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University, an M.A. in International Politics from the University of Denver Graduate School of International Studies, and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law. Law is her profession, but writing is a favorite hobby. This is her first published book.

I’m always so delighted when school is out. I foresee hours every day of uninterrupted writing, no alarm clocks, and lounging in a hammock with a good book. Yet reality never seems to follow the daydream. Here I am one day in, operating on 4 hours of sleep, quickly approaching midnight and trying to decide if I will sacrifice writing, exercise or sleep. I think I shall choose secret option D wh...

This is a fun variation on the zombie genre. The main character is a delightful tomboy whose thoughts often wax eloquent on the growing complexity of her life. Without the sexual content (PG13) and light profanity, it would be pretty perfect.

"Cute and delightful romance. The first book in this series was awesome, and I think the second book tops it. :)"

Neal A. Maxwell
“Patience is tied very closely to faith in our Heavenly Father. Actually, when we are unduly impatient, we are suggesting that we know what is best—better than does God. Or, at least, we are asserting that our timetable is better than His. We can grow in faith only if we are willing to wait patiently for God's purposes and patterns to unfold in our lives, on His timetable.”
Neal A. Maxwell

Neal A. Maxwell
“The submission of one's will is really the only uniquely personal thing we have to place on God's altar. The many other things we 'give' are actually the things He has already given or loaned to us.”
Neal A. Maxwell

“Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around shouting that he has been robbed. The fact is that most putts don’t drop, most beef is tough, most children grow up to be just like people, most successful marriages require a high degree of mutual toleration, and most jobs are more often dull than otherwise. Life is just like an old time rail journey ... delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders, and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride.”
Jenkin Lloyd Jones
