Writer's block doesn't exist. What 'writer's block' really is is either one of two things.

One is ennui or burn-out. The best thing to do there is take a break... not a long one. But step away from writing for a week and do other things. Everyone needs a vacation, even authors.

Two is there is something wrong with your outline. Namely you're focusing on the wrong thing, you're going in the wrong direction, or some other problem which can solved by going back and re-evaluating your outline. A lot of times people get 'writer's block' when they have to do transition scenes, backstory, aka 'the boring bits' as authors we need to know the boring stuff, the readers don't. Skip to the good stuff.

Finally, in all cases, the best way to deal with writer's block is to write. Something, anything. Jump around. Don't moan or whine about it. Write. (less)

Book Review: All the Feels

But this time it’s different, the two producers of the tv show that he stars on have had enough of his antics. To keep him in line, they assign him a minder… one of the producer’s cousins. A woman who looks like a bird and is remarkably unflappable. Considering that she’

I liked this mystical interracial polyamorous romance. I just wish it was a full equal triad that we saw on the page. But this is well-written and fun.

I liked this guide, but I found the text in paperback really small and hard to read.
