Hot CEO Loves Books and HER

Hey, hey everyone! So, remember that time I was so busy launching a new series that I dropped off the face of the earth?

Yeah. Me, too.

The good news is, after the whirlwind and deluge that was April, May is bringing you a lot more than some pretty flowers – now you’ve got some steamy, swoony new words to read, too! The Titan was Tall is book one in my brand new Triple Threat series and it is live on Amazon NOW.  Also, for the first time ever, it will be available in Kindle Unlimited, so all...

THE TITAN WAS TALL is book one in my brand new Triple Threat series, and it hits online booksellers next month – and you can bet I am all kinds of in love with its gorgeous new cover! Deborah at Tugboat Design knocked this one out of the park, didn’t she?

Being in charge isn’t all it’s cracked up to be…

This book is steamy, sexy, and swoony, and I love ho...

Romance, Deadlines, and Winter

Hey all!

Once again, I’m getting in just under the wire with this month’s blog post – but you’ll be heartened to know that’s because I’ve been nose to the grindstone in my writing cave all month, working diligently on The Titan Was Tall. Okay…I admit I don’t have a cave – I really just work on my couch!

The good news is that Titan is coming along great. I love the story and the characters, and I know you will, too! The bad news is that what I feared last month is definitely coming true. This...

New Year, New Series

Here we are, in a brand new year – and here I am, hard at work on my new contemporary romance series. I am absolutely crazy about this trilogy already! I named it Triple Threat because these heroes are definitely all kinds of Tall, Dark, and Handsome! You’re going to love them.

Book one is called The Titan Was Tall, and you can read the blurb on my site now! Trust me, you are really going to want to make friends with Red MacLellan. He is smoking hot and he knows exactly what he wants (hint –...

Books Make the Best Gifts!

There’s been so much going on this month, I’ve barely noticed the way December has flown by. If it weren’t for a certain looming holiday (and all the gifts that still need to be wrapped for the present-hungry teenagers living under my roof), I’d probably find myself in an entirely new year, blinking around, wondering what the heck happened.

Still, here I am with this month’s blog – late, but happy. Story of my life, really.

There have been some terrific book-related events out in the world th...

Thankful for Romance

We’ve almost made it through November – and for most of us here in the U.S. that means giving some thought to the things we’re most thankful for.

Like a lot of folks, I’ve been reflecting on a lot on family – the one life handed me, as well as the family I chose for myself. I’ve experienced both the sweet and the challenging on this score, and that’s something that is very much reflected in every one of my books. My characters are always a product of their communities (for better or worse), a...

A Pair of Box Sets for the Holidays

Fall is finally making its presence known, and the holidays are fast approaching! Pumpkins and chrysanthemums are cropping up on doorsteps all over town, my family is already signing up for which Thanksgiving side dishes they’re going to bring… and don’t get me started about my teens and their Christmas Lists.

I’m way more excited about what the rest of the year holds for you! Now that the Second Chances series is complete, I’ve made it even easier to get wrapped up in the stories!

Come next...

Falling for New Romance

September has blown through here fast, bringing buckets and buckets of rain and the quiet start of autumn. Not that it feels like fall yet – so far it’s still as hot and humid as summer (and I’m sooo over it).

Speaking of quiet, though…can you hear that? The sweet sound of absolutely no kids in my house? Yeah. Me, too. It’s glorious! I love those children dearly, but I am so happy they’re back in school. It means that I’m back in my routine, and working on all kinds of new things for you guys...

Captivating New Romance!

I always think of August as the end of summer, even though here in Maryland our warm weather will last for another month, at least. Maybe it’s because the kids are preparing to return to school, or because most of our summer trips and vacations are all done – but I’m already feeling the urge to crack down on lazy days (and snacking – my God, so much snacking) and start getting some more accomplished.

Good thing there are still so many great beach reads out there to tackle! One of my favorites...

Your Next Beach Read!

It’s July, and here in Maryland that means deep summer – ninety degree days, mosquitoes as big as your head, and more gnats than you can possibly inhale accidentally (while just trying to check your mailbox).

It also means that it’s time to pick some new beach reads – and I’m happy to report that I have what you need! Next month, I’ll be releasing the final title in the Second Chances series – the novella / short story bundle Forever and a Day.  Much like Lost in Love, this book includes both...
