I was born in Australia in 1972, and still live here with my son, Griff, and our two neurotic dogs. I've been writing and reading horror since before I was old enough to do either. The first horror novel I ever read was Pet Sematary by Stephen King (not a bad introduction to the genre, huh?). I love horror movies, although I admit to being one of those people who watches them with her hands up to her face most of the time!

TRAILS, is a collection of four short horror stories about four people whose actions leave a trail of consequences, and who (or what) follows those trails. Very dark, very violent in places, (in other words, it's a horror book). It's available on Kindle here: http://amzn.com/B00D9Y7DIG

Depression's a funny thing; it makes you feel like you've achieved nothing, fills your mind with the things you could achieve, if only you weren't so bloody melancholy, then tells you not to bother - you'll only stuff it up, anyway.  This is the sitch your humble narrator has found herself in over the past month or so.  Depression has been with me since I was a teenager, but it has been particu... Description: Short story. A woman has just moved into her own apartment and is too excited to sleep. She decides to paint the apartment, and shares her excitement on Twitter. But the more tired she gets, the more important it is to her that she finishes the job, whatever the cost. The evening's events are played out for anyone to see, but will they react in time? It's in twitter format, which means I had to make each paragraph one hundred and forty characters or less, and that meant creative use of punctuation in some parts.
