I have been a writer at heart since I was six years old. After over a decade of dreaming, my first book "Welcome Home" was published in July 2016, and more have been quick to follow! I am a Christian and enjoy time with my family (both biological and church) and my horses. I hope my books inspire you in some way, shape, or form. In today's world, we don't need crazy, offended, and sultry, we need crazy good, crazy kind, and faith-driven!

Book #4, The Warden and the Wolf King, picks up immediately from book #3, and deals with some of the jaw-dropping plot twists from the previous finale.  I seriously wish I could blab about all of those spoilers, but I can't...so if I'm being vague, I ...more

The Monster in the Hollows starts off pretty much where book #2 ended, and I found the first half to be a little bit difficult to get through -- it's not so much focused on the overarching peril faced by the Wingfeathers and Igibys, but it centers on ...more

Well, I was super excited to read this book - I'll never turn down a good Christmas story, and everyone can use a lil Christmas cheer and hope right now, I think. But this one...pretty much fell flat for me, honestly.  I hate to leave bad reviews, bu ...more

"This book keeps you on the edge of your seat, continues to present a light-in-the-darkness theme, and did I mention the feels?? That one scene…just…WHY ANGELA. WHHHHYYYY.

The Grim Alliance by Angela R. Watts
"And I'm supposed to return to normal life *how*, exactly?

The scariest part of The Grim Alliance is that, though it's a dystopian, it feels like the events inside could happen at any given moment. Without Christ, our world is falling apart. But the me" Read more of this review »

L.M. Montgomery
“Kindred spirits are not so scarce as I used to think. It's splendid to find out there are so many of them in the world.”
L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables

L.M. Montgomery
“For a moment Anne's heart fluttered queerly and for the first time her eyes faltered under Gilbert's gaze and a rosy flush stained the paleness of her face. It was as if a veil that had hung before her inner consciousness had been lifted, giving to her view a revelation of unsuspected feelings and realities. Perhaps, after all, romance did not come into one's life with pomp and blare, like a gay knight riding down; perhaps it crept to one's side like an old friend through quiet ways; perhaps it revealed itself in seeming prose, until some sudden shaft of illumination flung athwart its pages betrayed the rhythm and the music, perhaps. . . perhaps. . .love unfolded naturally out of a beautiful friendship, as a golden-hearted rose slipping from its green sheath. ”
L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Avonlea

“It's delightful when your imaginations come true, isn't it?”
L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables

“People laugh at me because I use big words. But if you have big ideas, you have to use big words to express them, haven't you?”
L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables

J.R.R. Tolkien
“Darkness must pass; a new day will come, and when the sun shines, it will shine out the clearer.”
J.R.R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring
