Akshay was graduated with an engineering degree in computer science in the year 2014 and now he is working as a software engineer in an MNC.

The interest towards good books and literature was developed in him in his childhood by the influence of his elder cousin sister and by his father, who was also a writer at his younger age.

In the year 2013, he started writing small stories and he developed a taste for poetry in the beginning of the year 2015. Until the end of 2015, with the fear of exposing himself to the criticism, he wrote poetries anonymously and eventually he started publishing his work under his own name.

He published his first book in the amazon kindle on the month of April 2017 named "The wrecked windows". And at present, he is

The Abandoned Paradise by Akshay Vasu
“And here we are. Selling our dreams, to someone else and getting paid for it with the counterfeit. Which we would keep safe all our life, in the hope of using it to buy the dreams of others, in the future again.”

The Abandoned Paradise by Akshay Vasu
“In the fear of creating something normal, he stared at that blank canvas for a very long time with a brush in his hand. He waited until all the paint dried up, his heart didn't sing the songs anymore, the fire in his soul turned into ash, his flesh turned into bones and until his dreams and thoughts faded into the oblivion.”

More of Akshay's books…
“She was the sky full of surprises. Her dreams were blue and breathtaking as a bright day and her secrets were dark and poetic as a cold night. Either way, she was the most beautiful mess that one had ever come across.”
Akshay Vasu

“She was a poem and a painting too. Everything she said sounded like a song, every silence was the music too.”
Akshay Vasu

“It hurts, doesn't it? Giving someone everything you can think of. The wings to fly and roots to stay and yet watch them choose none of those, leaving you hanging in the middle of void and nothingness.”
Akshay Vasu

“Sometimes I accidentally walk into the places where I and you had spoken before, existed before, which still have the smell of
your memories, all of a sudden it starts feeling like I have entered a dark room without a door anywhere. Where I can always hear that song I used to love once before.”
Akshay Vasu

“I have seen people starting the fire with water, turning every breeze into a storm, create chaos out of peace. Few people are meant to destroy everything and themselves no matter what, and if you hold on to them long they will take you into their abyss and tear you into pieces.”
Akshay Vasu

“Every time I am in the dark and a bit of light falls on me, I see a bit of you in my shadows. There is always a bit of you in every song I hear, in every thought I conceive, in every rain that I drench in, in every star that I stare at in the sky every night and in every breeze that touches me.”
Akshay Vasu

“I will become an ocean and make you my greatest secret ever, I'll keep thousands of demons to guard my secret. I'll create storms that none has ever seen. I will lure everyone to the darkest sides and will destroy them if they try to reach you and see what I am hiding back in my heart.”
Akshay Vasu

“I have a face where half is mine and half is not, it is hard to see a difference when you stand in front of me under the light as both my eyes shines equally. But the day you step into the darkness I hold inside me you will see my face the way it is and it will end up changing your whole world related to me forever.”
