Fans of strong female protagonists and suspenseful stories are likely to enjoy Kathryn Lane’s work. Kathryn sets her novels in both the U.S. and exotic foreign places. She is known for weaving twists and turns in her novels that heighten the suspense around her characters.

As an author, Kathryn draws deeply from her experiences growing up in a small town in Mexico as well as her work and travel with a multinational corporation where she attained her dream job of traveling in over ninety countries around the globe. In her youth, she lived in a story-centric culture where reality blended with the surreal in perfect harmony – a dichotomy that developed her ability to form mental images of characters and stories that spring to life.
