Crickets...More crickets...This is my social media presence free-falling into neglect. I've seen it happen to so many authors and now I finally understand WHY. Launching a book drains your energy and essence, leaving very little behind for you. Combine that with a demanding full time "big girl" job and I'm a husk.I've had no down timesince July. “So this is a party in No Hope?” Brent asked, plopping down on the scratchy plaid couch in the corner. “Don’t act like Tyrone is better,” Jason said, turning defensive. “At least we have a Burger King and a Sheetz,” Chris offered. “Sheetz is a mark of civilization,” Webb agreed. “It’s a convenience store,” Jason deflected, but they all knew Webb was right.”

“By lunch, it seemed like everyone knew about Webb and Merilee— probably all one hundred and twenty-eight of his classmates.”
