Superpower chat
Ah the age old question: "Who's the most powerful super-character in your universe?"
Personally, I've always liked the trope that the sidekick is actually more powerful than the main character. The limitation being that they are so powerful that their ability is either near impossible to control or overkill in most situations.
So, if we're talking about raw physical impact, no one in the #MistressDomination universe can top Penelope (phrasing lol). Although her power is in its infancy in The Rise of Princess Prude it quickly grows to show true glimmers of it's absolute terror...and has yet to reach it's full potential. In theory, with enough denial, enough of a psychological break, Penelope could unmake existence itself. She could deny everything and have it pop like a soap bubble in the dreams of a Lovecraftian elder thing. Let's hope Kate can keep her sane.
That said, I don't necessarily view that as the most powerful ability. Call it an aspie's bias or a futzing about with with definitions but I believe my villain in The World Is Naughty Enough takes the cake for most powerful. Now, to be clear, there are many new powers in this third book but the one I'd crown is the power of suggestion. Not mind control, not domination, just the ability to slip a subtle thought into your mind that seems so reasonable that you accept it without question. Ya, she's no one to worry about. Huh, you're right, I didn't get a good look at her face. We should retreat, this isn't going well.
The reason I would crown something so minor is that when done well you have no idea she's doing it. The dominos are tumbling in your mind, you're giving her everything she wants, and all the while you believe that it's you're idea. It doesn't strike you that there's a problem until it's already too late.
Sure, other villains can make you gouge your own eyes out, or crush you like a bug, but this new one...she'll make you agree with her.

Doomed To Release!
Hello all,
So there's been a lot going on with me. I've got a short story based in the By Right of Conquest universe which will either be part of an upcoming anthology or released as a novella. It is a warm up for when I return to that universe for a follow up story about the child from the first book all grown up!
I've also just confirmed the edits for Mistress Domination: Doomed to Dumbnation. The book is looking great and will have a release date soon. I'm already working on the sequel The World is Naughty Enough and this will complete a 3 story trilogy that I might return to at a later time. The stories are exciting with Doomed dealing with power and it's impacts while World focuses on it's limitations...all in a sexy, funny, raunchy sort of way.
Keep an eye out, as well, you paperback lovers. Hopefully The Kinky Destruction of Chantelle Sinclaire will be out in that format shortly!

Doomed to Dumbnation
Hello Hunters and Huntresses,
It's been a while since I've posted here, but what can I say? Goodreads seems all but dead. Most of the authors I know have migrated to Bookbub and I get far too many spam reviews here from people who clearly didn't read the books.
That said, I have met a lot of great writing friends here and I don't want to abandon it entirely. So, the updates. The sequel to Mistress Domination is almost complete. I hope to have it finished and submitted to my publisher in the next week or so. It ramps up the action, comedy, and drama significantly without losing sight of the emotional core of the story and I think fans of the first (who are more vocal on other platforms) will enjoy this world expanding sequel.
I am also participating in another charity anthology. No world on release date yet but it's for an organization that helps support the families of American troops while they're deployed and is very near and dear to my publisher. Personally, I'm always happy to help a good cause and the short I've written (set in the world of By Right of Conquest) was a fun and kinky D&D style adventure with a dark twist I think fans of evil characters will get a kick out of.
So, lots going on and I'm sharing a lot more about it where the audience is. Sorry if I sound a touch bitter but I really liked Goodreads and no one has positive things to say about it in author circles any more.

US and GB (UK?) Codes
Hi all,
I've got a bunch of US and GB audible codes for Unfaithful Confessions. Would anyone like a review copy? Can anyone suggest good free review sites I can offer some codes to?

Unfaithful Confessions Audible Release
I finally have another book on Audible! My collection of erotic shorts, in the form of letters to Alyssa K, Unfaithful Confessions, is now up on Audible.
This tawdry, dangerous book explores the many ways that someone might step outside their marriage. Cuckolds and Cuckqueans, hotwives, cheating, swinging, temptation, open relationships, BDSM power exchanges and so on. All with an eye...to understanding why?

Mistress Domination Release Date
Mistress Domination: The Rise of Princess Prude
A comedy, action/adventure...who am I kidding? A Lesdom, bisexual, bdsm, superhero story with comedy and action/adventure elements...is coming soon. How soon?
Jan. 13th, 2022!
Mark your calendars!
What's it about? Well, Mistress D is a superhero, but (this is so cliché) not your average superhero. She's the only person she knows with powers, and her's are...odd. She can manifest and mentally control sex toys. Fully formed, solid objects that exist as long as she wants them to. With a thought, she can have a plug in your butt and cuffs on your wrists. She can even lift you into the air or have giant kinky boots step on you.
Needless to say, she has her pick of the criminal litter. Though, she focuses on low level street crime. Partially, because major criminals are rare, and partially because she's no detective, no fighter. She's just a normal woman with powers...and a fetish for handing out punishments. She's even afraid of heights! Her powers might allow her to fly, she thinks, but she's too scared to try it.
Enter Penelope. An uptight Christian conservative who is absolutely furious about the one person, on Earth, with powers...being a kinky witch who leaves bad guys in sexualized positions. Penelope will do anything to stop Mistress D. Protest, kidnap...even have a conversation with her! Of course, that might be dangerous...if Penelope didn't have a secret of her own. She can make Mistress Domination's manifestations...unmanifest! The only person with powers? Not any more.
Did I mention that Penelope's roommate Kate happens to be Mistress Domination? Shh, don't tell her. It's a secret. They're the original odd couple. Best friends, co-workers, they like to gossip, veg on the couch and test each other's patience. That they happen to chase each other through the streets at night, in silly costumes, is just a little addition.
Will Penelope find out the truth? Well, d'uh. What kind of author would tease that payoff and not deliver? I mean, come on, they're roommates. Penelope would need some sort of mental block, some deep seated denial to not see the truth, right? Right. Literally that. The real question (the one you'll have to read the book for) is what it will do to their friendship. Of course, there are also plenty of criminals to fight along the way. A cat-burglar you say? A flasher? A biker gang? Muggers?
No wonder graffiti artists start spray painting "punish me Mistress."

Paperback
Recently, Their Wild Little Girl was dropped by it's original publisher. No big deal, the publisher who did the audiobook picked up the ebook and paperback rights. So, a couple days off amazon and she's back. The best part? Paperbacks. This isn't new for me, most of my most recent books have been released in Paperback format. What's special, for me, is that Their Wild Little Girl was my first novel. The book that proved to me that I could get published. That people would actually want to read my work. The book that made me an author, and now, finally, I get to hold it in my own two hands. That's a truly wonderful feeling.

New Releases and WIPs
It's been a hot minute since I've posted here, but I just don't see much interaction on the site so...
Anyway, I did want to put out a quick message about my latest works. I've had 2 books published this year and I'm well on my way to completing my third WIP. It's an exciting period of growth and experimentation for me. I'm trying new ideas, experimenting and finding new avenues to express my fantasies in fun and engaging ways. To that end, I've put a little thought for each of my new works below. Please do enjoy, and check out the books. I love it when people share their thoughts on my work (good, bad or meh) and I appreciate everyone who takes the time to do so.
The Kinky Destruction of Chantelle Sinclaire - This is one I had a lot of fun with. An actress/public speaker who hides that she's from a privileged background, Chantelle Sinclaire (yes I do the full name throughout, to emphasize her status) seems like a role model. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your point of view, Chantelle discovers something of a kink. She enjoys free spirited and submissive sex. Not dangerous, per se, but practices that risk her exposure. She wants to be a slut, and feels constrained by social expectations that won't let her explore this new sexual self. The book explores her pushing against societal constraints, protected yet guided by her bodyguards, and asks the question: "are you truly free if you can't be what you want?"
Unfaithful Confessions: This, like Their Wild Little Girl and Beauty and The Bitch, is a title I was surprised to find is not uncommon. My Unfaithful Confessions is written from the pov of recurring character Alyssa K. In this story, Alyssa is thinking about infidelity in all it's forms. To explore this, she's reached out to some of her fans for stories. The book becomes a sort of short story anthology, with Alyssa reading these letters and commenting on them. Think Sex and the City if the narrator had more snark. I don't praise or shame any form of infidelity from cuckolding to hotwife to swinger, but I do take issue with people who lie to themselves about what they're doing. The book, therefore, is a naughty thrill. Ooh stories about cheating? Is the reader considering an affair? What if your spouse saw you reading this? But it's not a "go do it" or a "don't do it." It's more a "here's some ways it expresses itself and their pros and cons." A fun book, if you don't take it too seriously.
My latest WIP is currently in the first re-write phase. Tentatively titled Mistress Domination: The Rise of Princess Prude, it follows a superheroine who calls herself Mistress Domination (real name: Kate). She has the power to manifest sex toys, and anything anyone might consider a sex toy (including clothing). Unlike Green Lantern, who was an inspiration, her creations manifest as totally real and convincing objects. If she doesn't manifest them with a time limit, they'll exist as long as the real object would...and function just the same. She can also control them, make them levitate or activate. She can bring chains from a wall to capture you or manifest giant kinky boots to literally walk all over you. The titular Princess, is her roommate Penelope. A very religious girl with a strong sense of self-denial about her own sexuality. She can make Mistress Dominations creations "unmanifest" (boy does my spellcheck not like that word). Kate is her best friend, yet Mistress Domination is her most hated "enemy." She'll chase the heroine around, lecturing her on immorality, then cry in the friend's arms about her failure to stop the evil witch. You're probably writing the rest yourself, but are you as good at naughty fun as I am? (I hope not, otherwise your books will outsell mine!).
There is a sequel to Mistress Domination in the works as well. In it, she'll meet a super villain who has the power to "bimbofy" women (make them into hypersexualized, intellectually deficient slaves to his will). It's still in the planning phase, so I won't give too many details yet, but the working title is Mistress Domination: Doomed to Dumbnation. Do I sometimes write stories just to see if I can make a silly idea work? Yes. Does it pay off? Well, if the sales for The Lust Fairy in Exile are any indication then YES, it absolutely does.
I am still here, still writing and still having fun so be sure to follow me on my facebook page, my facebook account, my twitter, my instagram, my mewe, my lawn, my grocery store, my secret webcams (at least until I find them). I'm always posting updates!

Submission and Feminism
My latest novel sees an actress/public speaker who emphasizes a woman's dignity and self-respect (you don't have to be sexy to make it) slowly sink into submission. It's not just, "I wanna fuck this hot guy" though. She develops a kink for being called a slut, for dressing in skimpy outfits, for being made to sleep with others and for risking getting caught in public escapades. Her dom quickly goes from enjoying her eagerness to fighting to keep her safe. Her kink eventually leads her to hate her public image and to seek to ruin it. Not outright, lest people think she had a mental breakdown, but slowly and gradually by exposing her own hypocricy.
Overall, I feel its an interesting story that explores questions of freedom. Is she really liberated and free if she risks social suicide by being who she feels she is? Does choosing to submit yourself to a man, or even multiple men, undermine your dignity as a woman? Above all, does enjoying humiliation in the bedroom (or wherever else) undermine your fundamental human dignity?
Personally, I think not. An intelligent individual choosing to be a slut (taking all responsible safety precautions) is no different than a woman choosing to be a houswife and mother over a career. There's nothing wrong with it, especially on an individual level. Yet, the "is vs should" debate still rages. Especially with fictional women. People will always twist a descriptive story of an individual into a prescriptive narrative for the readers' lives. Those who do, therefore, I predict to be the harshest critics of this story. What she does is not for everyone, not for most. Yet it feels right for her. Hopefully, I've done enough to make that point clear.
The book drops in 2021.

Freedom? Do we ever really have it?
My latest WIP tells the story of an actress/public speaker who develops a kink for being dominated, humiliated and engaging in salacious sexual exploits. Essentially she develops a slut-fetish that flies in the face of her public image. It's a sort of Doctor Jackyll/Ms. Bimbo thing but I like to really get into the psychology of my characters.
Due to this, I really wanted to explore how her thinking would evolve as she went further down the rabbit hole. Notably, I find myself interested in the idea of "freedom." This character is old money rich and despite using her connections to open doors, has convinced the world that she built her fame and reputation through hard work. In both her secret past and her public present she has wealth, power, influence and respect but is she free? When she starts getting into being a slut she is forced to disguise herself, lie about what she's doing, dance on the precipice of discovery but never cross that line. Eventually she starts to wonder, is that freedom? Is she truly free in her privileged life if being herself would see her shunned and socially destroyed?
This leads me to wonder about my own life. There are obvious limits to my freedom laws and major social lines that I would not want to cross even if I could. Yet there are other aspects, things which I could legally do but which I have been told, all my life, that one can't do. Why? Because it makes people I don't know or care about uncomfortable? Because it makes people who's opinions don't matter to me think less of me? There's a chain there, something holding me back despite my recognition of the injustice of it. Yet, I have to wonder, who put that chain there and would I like who I'd be if I unchained myself from those restrictions?
I know my character will certainly like who she becomes in the end ;)
