A New Orleans native who lived nomadically for five and a half years through thirty-two countries. She studied Yoga in India and is a longtime practitioner. A freelance writer, she was a journalist with the Times-Picayune and previously a radio announcer for WWNO, an NPR affiliate. She has taught English abroad and English as a second language to adults in the USA.

In another lifetime, she lived on a farm raising vegetables, chickens, goats and three awesome sons.

She believes that life is a dance.
