I created my own template (took some fiddling) on Microsoft Word - a table with two rows, eight columns; the text on each column runs down from the middle to the sides of the page so that when the booklet is folded lengthwise, you end up with little pages (there's a template here http://www.instructables.com/id/Make-...).

They're great little books to hand around as teasers or drop surreptitiously on buses, benches, or strangers' pockets.(less)
