Hello :-)
I just would like to tell here that when I add you as a friend I decided to not ask you for a review. On the contrary, I don't need a review then from you, but just want to tell you that I know about your heart, your soul and your intuition and that's why would like to connect to you!

I have learned to think of writer's block as a sign, showing that I need rest for the brain and recharging in order to be creative again.
So when I get to this point I stop writing and do something completely unrelated to this. Sometimes I go for a walk in the nearby forest, sometimes I call a friend, sometimes I just enjoy a cup of tea and do nothing else than looking out of the window.
When the block stays longer I have learned to allow myself only collecting spontaneous ideas as a brain storming without writing them down in a proper form yet, just as single words. Often this time of playfulness helps me to stay connected to my work while still allowing my brain to rest and enjoy itself a little.
The worst to deal with writer's block is to force myself into continuing to write and starting to criticize myself for not being able to be productive.
Our creativity seems to need also compassion, since it is a part of us.

Rediscovery of the Self: Some Approaches

Hello!

I'd like to share with you today some approaches for self-discovery and tell how and why, back in the days, I came across them.

A lot has been written on the differences between extraversion and introversion. I, being an introvert, was relieved when, as student, I found books which explained that it is absolutely alright to need time alone in order to recharge, to take time to reflect before Read more of this blog post »
