New books
I have two new books coming out this summer.
Piece by Piece, Steel's Rescue is the third book in the Broken Pieces Story. For those of you who fell in love with 3yr old Steel in Pieced Together, well is all grown up and a hotty on a mission.
My second book, Next August, is a standalone. You will fall in love with both August and Nashville. He is a rich city slicker with secrets than risked being exposed. Nash is a sweet talking country girl who falls head over heels, but doesn't fit into his world. I absolutely love this book. I cannot wait for its release.

Brogan has been traumatized in her past. Ever since that time she hasn't let anybody come close to her except her best friend and her brother. She lives in a small town and just keeps to herself. One night she goes to a town celebration and there she meets Kyren. He is everything she wants in a man, but Brogan doesn’t want a relationship.
Kyren is mesmerized when he sees Brogan. He knows immediately that she is someone he wants to get close to. Their meeting ends with him crumpled on the floor and Brogan running for the hills. A small town has its advantages and he finds her in no time.
When Kyren and Brogan can’t deny their attraction to one another and grow closer together old demons resurface. Both of them have their own hurt and guilt to work through, but will they manage to work through it together?
In Broken Pieces Kelly Moore writes about how Brogan and Kyren got their scars. You really get to know the characters and it is very easy to connect with them. I could actually feel their pain and sorrow. Pieced Together is about their lives three years later. A lot has happened in the meantime and their story continues.
Brogan and Kyren's connection is really beautiful. There are some dark events in their pasts which leave them both traumatized. Kelly Moore writes about them with a lot of respect and dignity and I liked her sensitivity. I equally loved both books and think you don't want to miss these two amazing stories.

Today is the big release of the sequel to Broken Pieces. Pieced Together picks up where Broken Pieces left such a big cliffhanger. I hope you enjoy the story of Kyren and Brogan.

Broken Pieces by Kelly Moore is a sizzling hot romance between two people with haunting pasts. The characters of Brogan and Kyren are appealing with flirting banter and quick witted humor. This book is a wonderfully written first person novel that will have you wanting more. Even the side characters seem to have their own stories and I'm hopeful that we will get to see them in their own books or in the continuation. While the reader is not able to see into the other characters' minds, each one's personality still comes through in the humorous dialogue and you can feel their love and friendship through the words. The character development happens fast as the book takes place over several weeks, but Kelly Moore does not miss a step of the emotional roller coaster that happens when healing. I recommend this book for those who love sizzling love stories that have characters with a painful past.
