Christine Calabrese Thanks for the friend request! I was so obsessed with chocolate at one time, that I created my own raw chocolate recipe which uses only cacao beans (that's where all the nutrition resides!). Yes, and I packaged and sold it. People loved it but alas, this was a very, very labor intensive start up and I could not sustain it. However, I still make my chocolates occasionally. They are amazing!
