Fran Maglione has been crafting creative short stories since the age of seven, which was also the year that she won her first national writing award. The accolades continued throughout her academic career and into her professional life as a local news reporter.

Thanks to an overactive and peculiar imagination, Fran has a habit of turning everything she experiences into a strange story in her mind. Putting it all down on paper just seemed like the logical next step. She has always had an interest in creepy stories and twist endings, but can neither confirm nor deny that this is a result of being born in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
